• Our foundation began with a generous donation from Jeff’s maternal Aunt and Godmother, Nancy Sagar. We also completed our first ALS “Walk for Webs”. This fundraising allowed us to purchase and donate our first lift chair to a Southern Ohio resident suffering with ALS.

  • Building upon the success of two fundraisers in February and April, we were proudly able to donate four new lift chairs, as well as one iPad to families and caregivers living with ALS.

  • Among our highest achievements, we were able to donate three more lift chairs to local residents.

  • Through hard work, dedication and successful fundraising, the Jeff Weber Always Lifting Spirits Foundation was able to donate ten more lift chairs. We are proud to say our total lift chairs to date is 23. That’s 23 families, caregivers, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, children and more that have been positively touched by the mission of Always Lifting Spirits.

  • We were touched and honored to receive a generous donation of $7500, which allowed us to buy seven lift chairs. To date, Always Lifting Spirits has donated 28 lift chairs to families in need, each valued at over $800. In April, we had our most successful fundraiser to date and in September we had 25 supporters join us in the SE Ohio ALS Walk.

  • Our annual fundraiser in April was our most successful since the inception of the Jeff Weber Always Lifting Spirits Foundation. Through generous donations, we purchased a record 17 new lift chairs for local families, bringing our grand total to date to a staggering 44 lift chairs.

  • Participate in the 20th anniversary of the walk to defeat ALS virtually.

  • Held monthly basket raffles in lieu of an in person event.

  • 7th Annual Fundraiser after having to take a few years off due to the pandemic.

  • Our 8th Fundraiser was at the Taft Brewporium. We were featured on WLWT5. We participated in the Walk to Defeat ALS and raised just over $7,000 to help research ALS.

Our journey started because of Jeff Weber. He was taken at the young age of 48 by ALS. He was a father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. Losing Jeff to ALS inspired our family to help others that were fighting this disease. Check out our history through the timeline to the left.
